Judy Bergsmith, RN/IBCLC

Express Yourself is a family owned business, dedicated to education and support of growing families.

Judy has been working with families and babies for over 20 years. She strives to help each family meet their goals by lending support and encouragement along the way. She is a Registered Nurse who is a Certified Lactation Consultant, and also holds certification in The Happiest Baby on the Block and Childbirth Education.  

These certifications have allowed her to expand her knowledge and support pregnant women and families. She enjoys being able to meet new families and help them navigate the transition into parenthood.
